ExtraOrdinary Educational Coaches are able to make a parent observation on your behalf.  Special arrangements will need to be made with your school.  Most schools have an open door policy for parents and should extend that to your representatives.

 

What do you do?

• Contact us to request an observation and discuss fees.

• Make appropriate arrangements with your school to obtain permission and schedule the observation.

• Consult with us via phone to prepare for the observation.

• Do NOT tell your child that someone will be coming to observe!

 

What will we do?

• Work with you to schedule an observation with the school.

• Consult with you via phone to prepare for the observation.

• Observe your child.

• Prepare a written objective report of the observation.

• Email the written report to you for your review.

• Discuss the report with you.

• Provide written subjective comments and suggestions, if requested.

• Hold all personal and sensitive information in strict confidentiality.
